  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible.
  • Arrive a few minutes early to check in and get settled.

Cancellation & Late Policy

Please give at least 3 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations, missed appointments and appointments more than 5 minutes late may result in the full scheduled service charge plus a 20% service fee.
